With the development of a better way of life for longer, we must find the properties that may interfere with the development of ourselves as an example to be lazy.
Basically have a trait that people like to procrastinate or underestimate the normal job. This disease is an activity a habit, often because we are lazy to do something. Feel like getting out of bed, get up the bad, the activity of lazy, lazy finish office work, etc...
Lazy habits of mental illness that arises because we are afraid to face the consequences in the future? The goal with the future of not just one or two years but one or two minutes from now. Replace "When it is finished" with "I'm Starting Now"
If you are faced with a large task or project, you do NOT have to think about it and imagine the complexity of the task can be completed at any time. Instead, focus on positive thoughts by dividing large tasks into parts that are smaller and solve them one by one.
Tell every time you work: "I'm starting now."
This perspective will keep you from feeling overwhelmed by stress, and difficulties. You make a simple task in front of you with positive action. You just focus on one thing at a time, not many things at the same time.
Replace the words "I must" with "I Want"
Thinking that you must do these things will automatically invite you feel overwhelmed and reluctant to do so. You'll find a thousand reasons to avoid the task.
One tip that you can use is to replace "I have to do it" with "I want to do it." Thinking like this will remove mental blocks to accept that you do not need to do the job you want.
You do the job because you want to, not because of coercion or pressure from others. You always have the option of a better life, of course, your choice should be a choice you are sure not to hurt others the conclusion no one else in this world that forces you to do anything that you do not want to do it yourself.
You do not Feel Perfect Man
Every human being must be perfect because nothing is perfect as what he did in the eyes of others and the lack of uncertain so that it will haunt him. We connect with the job at work if we just thought that I must finish this work as perfect as possible intention to do so it's very nice but, do not make excuses it becomes an absolute decision that we should do because our decisions are not immediate mental burden that we must do appear and it will definitely affect our performance will be the nature of our mind the pressure that would interfere with our work and we personally do not want to work we cannot be completed.
In the context of work, you have the opportunity to make improvements from time to time span. You can always ask your employer to compensate by asking for extra time to do the job with good reason. Start working from the little things and simple, and then increase over time. Thinking that the work should be completed well will make you look big and complex job.
Laziness is something that is commonplace in our lives. The above tips can be the beginning to think and act to change the lazy habits so you will not be wasted and also delay the opportunity that comes only because there is lazy nature within us.
